Welcome to Clemmons, North Carolina!  Clemmons is in the Northwestern Piedmont section of North Carolina in Forsyth County and is located approximately 10 miles southwest of Winston-Salem.

From I-40, take Exit #184 Lewisville/Clemmons. Exit onto Lewisville-Clemmons Road south.
 
Proceed 2 miles across US158 onto Middlebrook Road until you come to a stop sign at Idols Road.

Turn right and proceed 2 miles to a sharp left turn in the road. This is Dock Davis Road.

Another mile will be the entrance to Salem Glen Country Club on your right.
